Groups

In addition to individual, one-on-one services, Speech Tree offers a wide array of services in a group setting. Group services present children with the opportunity to learn among peers, providing a great environment for children to interact socially, helping them build skills on multiple levels.

A few of the group programs we offer include:

Social P.A.L.S (Promoting Awareness of Language Skills)
Designed for children with decreased social skills due to developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, and other emotional/language delays. This group will focus on teaching social skills within the clinical setting and providing real-life practice in the community. Examples of community outings include the library, park, or a small store. Parents are requested to attend community sessions as well. This session is led by a licensed speech-language pathologist and another therapist with extensive background in developmental delays and social therapy.

Toddler Talk
This class, which provides interactive and stimulating play activities, helps your toddler interact more effectively with family members and friends. Pictures, songs and other props will be used. Classes are available for 2-3 year olds.

Feeding Frenzy
Picky eaters will discover new tastes and textures through a variety of play and pleasurable food experiences. Led by a trained feeding specialist. Classes available for children 15 months to school age.

Peach Pals
